The regulations to which I refere are those to which Tanya Layne
of your office referred in an e-mail message to Beth Kraus, Genni
Arledge, and William F. Norris (and copied to you and Jay P. Fraude)
dated 27 June 2002, in which she wrote:
After consultation with Les, it was determined that it may
be in the best interest of all involved if those tapes that are no
longer utilized by DoDPI for any reason, be destroyed in
accordance with the DoDPI or DSS records retention
regulations.
The full text of the e-mail message to which I refer appears at
pp. 4-5 of a PDF file which may be downloaded at:
Please send the requested documents to me at the following
address:
G.W. Maschke
Hart Nibbrigkade 22

The Netherlands
Alternatively, if these regulations are available in digital
format, I request that copies be sent to me as e-mail attachments to
<maschke@antipolygraph.org>.
I am willing to pay fees for this request up to a maximum of $25.
If you estimate that the fees will exceed this limit, please inform me

Sincerely,
George W. Maschke
