Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to provide helicopter seeding and herbicide spray. Contractor shall be licensed and listed by the State of Washington. Work is located at the Naval Radio Station, Jim Creek, near Arlington, WA. The antenna ground field surrounds the Transmitter building. Approximate ground elevation at the Transmitter building is 660 feet. Height of towers are approximately 200 feet.
